PAYMENT / CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT / TERMINATION

• A deposit of CHF 50.00 is due when making an appointment.

    The amount must be paid in / tinted within 2 days of the reservation date.  

• If an appointment is canceled without a replacement appointment, the reservation fee of CHF 50.00 will not be refunded.

• In case of illness  receive  you return the amount paid in the form of a voucher.

• All repayments of any kind, unless otherwise agreed in writing,  receive  you in the form of a voucher  

• The shoot can be paid for in cash or with a Twint on the day of the shoot. Or be transferred within 10 days after the shoot. (Image released only after receipt of payment.)

• Additional fees of CHF 15.00 per reminder apply for reminders.  

• If payment is not made in due time, legal steps will be taken and the copyright of the photos will remain with the photographer.  

    ORDER

• The image design and artistic design as well as one's own selection of the minimum number of images that are made available to the customer at the end is decided by the photographer. Regardless of this, the clients respect the artistic freedom and the individual style of the photographer. The clients are aware that the work is always shaped by this style.

• Changes to the order during or after the start of production are associated with the calculation of a corresponding additional expense.

    USE AND COPYRIGHT RIGHTS

• The photographer is entitled to the copyright to the images he / she has made according to the copyright law.

• Processing, retouching, alienating or redesigning the images, including photo composings, montages or other manipulations, requires the prior and express consent of the photographer.

• There is no entitlement to the surrender of original files, unless this has been expressly agreed.

   ACCEPTANCE / DELIVERY / RESERVATION OF TITLE

• The photographer delivers the finished images including the data medium (if purchased in addition) with the processed images in high-resolution JPG format within 2-3 days, but a maximum of 2 weeks after the shoot, if the payment has been paid by then.

• The clients receive access to an online gallery with all usable images in web resolution within 2-3 days, but no more than 2 weeks, as soon as payment has been received.  

• The photographer's performance is deemed to have been accepted without reservation if the client has not been informed of any defects within 2 weeks.

   LIABILITY ​

• The photographer is liable in cases of intent or gross negligence in accordance with the statutory provisions.

   DATA RETENTION

    Publications in social networks and homepage
